What the job entails
This is a 14-month maternity leave contract within the Marketing team, reporting to the Creative Services Manager. The Multimedia Designer will play a key role in delivering high-quality creative assets across print and digital channels, supporting national marketing activity in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role will focus on laying out catalogues, brochures, POS and sales materials with accuracy, strong visual hierarchy, and brand alignment. It will also involve creating motion assets for social, web, and campaign use, as well as developing packaging concepts and mock-ups for review. In addition, the designer will maintain Canva files, templates, and folder structures, collaborate closely with Creative Services and Marketing, and manage multiple deadlines in a highly collaborative team.
Key requirements / What we look for
Formal qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Strong portfolio across branding, print, motion, and packaging
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills
Canva experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach
