With a transparent and authentic approach, Michael and Libby give consultative direction to hiring talent and help candidates change the course of careers.

Michael and Libby have a genuine passion for finding talent and are directly involved with every step of the recruitment process. This hands-on approach, backed by over 30 years' experience sets them apart, in what can be a high turnover industry.
Michael has over 14 years recruitment experience and as a Brisbane local, has built a deep network and strong market expertise here in Queensland. Having joined one of the leading Global Recruitment brands after university, Michael’s career has grown with the industry that he is so passionate about. While he is degree qualified as a marketer, his knowledge and expertise across recruitment also spans into digital, technology, finance and sales.
Michael has built a reputation as an out of the box thinker. He enjoys the daily interaction and is naturally interested, if not invested in the journeys of companies and candidates.
Libby has 17 years recruitment experience in Australia and the UK working for Global Recruitment brands. Throughout this time, she has held leadership roles and been instrumental in building industry and market networks. Libby’s areas of specialisation are within Sales & Marketing, where she has recruited across Public Sector, Blue Chip, Commercial and Start Up organisations from entry to senior executive level.
Libby is passionate about candidate and client experience and creating value throughout the recruitment process. With a candid and honest approach, Libby values relationships and works to build a deeper understanding of what people are seeking from a recruitment partner.

Yes. We recruit positions as short as one day through to ongoing positions. Candidates are paid
either on an hourly or daily rate and payment is made weekly.
