This is your opportunity to lead national media investment across a well-known, fast-paced consumer brand. You’ll shape the paid media roadmap for Australia and New Zealand working across digital, offline, and emerging channels while managing agency partners and internal teams to optimise spend and performance.
The role balances hands-on campaign delivery with strategic oversight. You’ll be the go-to for media effectiveness, managing performance reporting, media mix modelling and test-and-learn programs, all while staying on the pulse of new platform opportunities.
You’ll also help guide local market activity, supporting stakeholders with scalable frameworks and working closely with brand, content and analytics teams.
What you’ll do
Plan and manage national media activity across paid social, search, digital video, display, TV, radio and more
Work with agencies and publishers to optimise performance and return on investment
Track and report on media effectiveness, managing forecasts, budget and reconciliations
Collaborate with brand and content teams to align messaging with media strategy
Share media insights and updates across teams to uplift understanding and results
What you’ll need
5+ years’ experience in paid media planning and buying (agency or in-house)
Strong knowledge of digital platforms and media mix modelling
Experience managing media budgets and reporting campaign performance
A test-and-learn mindset with attention to detail and data
Confidence working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
